Return And Refund Policy

 

These terms and conditions constitute the return and refund policy of Scuba Shack Limited.

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not happy or sure about your purchase, we are here to make it right.

Terms and Conditions for return and refund:

The customer has 14 days to check their purchases. 
If a customer is unsatisfied with the products, they must inform us within these 14 days.

Once acknowledged they have a further 14 days to return them to us.

Scuba Shack Limited will refund all your money without any questions. 
The products must be returned under the following conditions:
The condition of the purchase must be the same as it was at the time of purchase/unused
It must contain all tags
It must not be damaged

Digital products must not be redeemed/registered
After 14 days of the purchase or not fulfilling any of the conditions provided in the return clauses, Scuba Shack Limited shall not accept any return, and no money will be refunded.

Courses are booked for set dates and unless agreed otherwise are nontransferable and non-refundable.

eLearning materials are provided direct from PADI.com and once redeemed cannot be refunded

Once redeemed any issues accessing eLearning materials must be taken up direct with PADI.
